Terms of Service

Foreman provides AI voice agents, phone numbers, a CRM, billing, and workflow automation for service businesses. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity in your workspace, including that of users you invite. You must be authorized to bind your business to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive calling or messaging (including violations of TCPA, telemarketing, or do-not-call rules);
• Place or facilitate emergency-services calls — the Service is not a substitute for 911 or emergency calling;
• Reverse engineer, resell, or overload the Service; or
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes others’ rights.

You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to record calls or contact your customers in your jurisdiction.

Paid plans, credit top-ups, and usage are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Charges appear on your statement as “FOREMANBOOKS AI”. Top-ups are one-time and non-refundable except as required by law or stated at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the current period. Prices may change with notice.

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service (contacts, recordings, transcripts, etc.). You grant us a license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and, for business customers, our Data Processing Addendum.

The Service uses AI that can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated calls, messages, bookings, and records before relying on them. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or non-payment.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
